The Purpose of the association "La Mano Di Dio" which means the Hand of God is : To promote the Gospel culture
What is a Gospel culture? Of Course music but also certain values as love, generosity, compassion, help, share and other similar values.
Music : We have a gospel choir "The Voice of The Spirit" in which we give an individual and collective training course at Isle d'abeau a town in France . We have many concerts and other activities like a gospel dancing dinner to help us feed about up to 100 orphans from Congo Brazzaville in the town of Pointe Noire and building an orphanage to take care of them.
Help : We help some students preparing exams by giving them free special training courses at the end of the year. In June 2007, there was a good performance in the examination results which recorded 77.80% success by the students
We also finance the training of a young man to be a machanic, an other young man to be a solderer and a young girl to to have a diploma in accountancy, not forgetting the financing of a private school for 6 orphans between the ages of 5-10 years.
Generosity : At the beginning of the year 2002 we have been feeding about 50 orphans, but this number has increased considerably to more than 100. Aids, wars, poverty and other misfortunes have slain many families bringing their lives into a horrible state and without help from nowhere. They have nowhere to lodge and spend their nights in the streets. They have no hope, no future, nothing to expect from the life or from human being. That 's why, we do our best to help them so as they can recover again the smile of the innocence like all the other children of the world
Our project is to build an orphanage over the next 3 years and Our urgent project is to buy a peace of land so that we can build a temporary shelter for them. After the construction we will need voluntary doctors, teachers, psychologists...in Congo. If you are interested please contact us
How do we finance all these actions?
By our diverses activities, concerts, we prepare exotic food for marriage, associations .... The gospel choir plays at WEDDING ceremonies and during other life events. We also count on FREE WILL donations from other people. We also sell exotic products at some markets places
